About
The Borah Neighborhood Association (BNA) was established by the city of Boise. Neighborhood associations differ from Homeowners’ Organizations (HOA) in that they do not collect any dues from residents and are comprised of all volunteers. The goal for the neighborhood associations is to work with their communities to create vibrant and thriving neighborhoods that increase the livability for their residents. Any projects completed in the neighborhood are awarded through grants from the city. The board meets quarterly to discuss topics and plans for the neighborhood. All are welcome to attend.
The neighborhood association meets on a quarterly basis (seasonally) with annual elections held in December. Meetings are most frequently held at the Borah Park shelter or Hillcrest Library.
Neighborhood boundaries
The Borah Neighborhood extends south of Franklin Road, West of Curtis to the I-184 and North of I-84
